Vinchenzo is a miniboss in YIIK I.V at the Bowling Alley. He fights the party alongside his ally Chad. He holds a lightsaber and a revolver. His battle theme is titled Chad and Vinchenzo.
He is based off of internet comedian Vito Gesualdi, who is the co-host for Dick Masterson's podcast The Biggest Problem in the Universe. Vito was featured in a livestream on the Alex YIIK YouTube channel.

Vinchenzo fights alongside Chad. He is able to use his gun to open fire on a party member, continuously doing damage.

- The initials "SK" on his hat stand for SuperKiller, a comic book series created by him.
- Using Cat Burgle replaces his lightsaber with a Q-Tip. This is a reference to how much the real life Vito loves his cats.
- In the I.V test room, Chad and Vinchenzo are referred to as the Dynamic Duo.
