"The web became man and dwelt among us. Conceived by upvotes and retweets. Our collective rage, judgement, division, comedy, unity, beauty, and allure incarnate. He is ONISM MAN. You will repeat his memes and call him friend."

ONISM MAN is the main antagonist in Y2K II, as well as the main character in Deviation Perspective II, making a minor appearance as Alex transforms into him at the end of the YIIK I.V "Y2K Debugger" ending. He claims to be The Choir, The Critic, and The Camera- three persons in one body.

The character was first introduced in a teaser image posted to the Ackk Studios Twitter account,[1] including a brief description hinting at what he represents and what his role in the story would be.

Story[edit | edit source]

ONISM MAN is not present for the majority of the main game, with exception in the Y2K Debugger ending, in which Alex seems to become him after being killed by Michael in his attempt to stop the cycle. Although he has no spoken dialogue in-game, Alex makes his final speech to the Player after transformation.

In Y2K II: Benevolent Psychosis, Cyrille is warned of ONISM MAN in a vision by The Master, with her, alongside Krow, spending their time attempting to stop his arrival by burning corpses, since according to Krow's "visions", he has no body.
